Accessibility
Belsay Horse Trials is committed to making our event as welcoming and accessible as possible for all visitors. We have taken steps to provide clear access routes, accessible parking and dedicated viewing areas — including a clearly signposted cross-country viewing area accessible directly from the B6309.
We also have on-site support for anyone who may need assistance. Motorised mobility scooters and manual wheelchairs will be available to hire during the event through Event Mobility (see details below). As the event takes place outdoors across varied natural terrain, some areas may be more challenging to navigate. We encourage visitors to plan ahead and to contact our team if they have specific accessibility requirements — we are always happy to help.
We also offer free carer tickets; however, valid supporting documentation will be required.
Our aim is for every guest to feel included and able to enjoy the excitement of the event in comfort and confidence.
